Matt Halischuk scored all of the goals for his team, but it wasn't enough as the Kitchener Rangers fell 5-4 to the London Knights in a shootout loss in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday.
Halischuk scored four times in regulation and put away the Ranger's (3-5-0-2) only shootout goal.
Adam Hasani scored the shootout winner for the Knights (8-0-0-1). Sam Gagner also scored in the shootout. He also had one in regulation along with Adam Perry. David Meckler scored twice.
Steve Mason had 44 saves for the win, plus 10 more in the shootout.
John Murray stopped 46 shots at the other end and nine in the shootout.
